| Transaction Split |
|
This is the % of each rental transaction that you return to Rentrak as payment
for the DVD. For example: a 35% rate on a $3.00 rental transaction would
equal a $1.05 payment to Rentrak. The "minimum transaction fee" is the minimum
amount that you are required to pay per rental transaction. A two, three or five day
rental is considered a single transaction; one payment.

Sell
| Sell Thru Date |
|
This is the period of time you must wait before selling the DVD and the amount
owed Rentrak at the time of the sale. The payment to Rentrak is usually flat rate, often
vs a percentage. In most cases you can sell 50% or more of your inventory on the sell
through date which is usually 29 or 30 days after the street date. Most Retailers find
they have more copies to sell with Rentrak.

The "lease term" is the length of time you are required to keep at least one copy of
the title available for rent. At the "End of Term" or "EOT" you may elect
