How PPT Works
- Bring in more copies of hit titles for a low one time cost typically $0 - $4 up front for DVD.
- Each time the unit rents (or when you sell it as previously viewed) you remit a portion of the revenue as payment (typically 40% - 45% for DVD) until the end of the lease term, which is six months.
- Typically after 28 - 30 days you begin selling off your PPT units as previously viewed.
- At the end of the six month lease term you return the remaining units to Rentrak or buy them at a fraction of their retail cost (usually $0 - $2.75).
